Return & Refund Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, we kindly ask that items are returned in the same condition they were received — unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
If you’d like to start a return, simply email us at sales@kleanliving.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed securely to avoid any damage in transit. We also recommend keeping your proof of postage, just in case you need to get in touch with us about your return.
We cannot accept returns that haven’t been arranged with us in advance — so make sure to get in touch first!

Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to put things right.
Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem! The quickest way to get what you need is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
We kindly ask that items are returned unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take a little time for your bank or card provider to process the refund on their side.
