If the item you received is faulty, please contact us at hello@kleanliving.co.uk with your order number, name, and details of the product and the issue. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to acknowledge your message. To help us resolve the problem quickly, we may ask you to send a few photos of the faulty item. Our team will review them and guide you on the best way to get a replacement or refund.
In case the item is faulty, we are happy to cover the costs of the return. For returns of non-faulty items, customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs.
A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
